1) What is the significance of research?
Research contributes to the body of knowledge in the sector, thereby building sector capability in the longer term.
2) What is NCSS doing to promote research in the social service sector?
NCSS builds research capability and facilitates research amongst VWOs through the provision of funding support and sharing of research expertise and knowledge. The Research Gateway is part of NCSS's efforts to facilitate social service research. Moving forward, NCSS is exploring joint research or commissioning research with VWOs towards an evidence-based approach for building relevant and needed services in the community.
3) How can one access the full reports of the research projects?
For completed studies, contact information for the full report is indicated at the end of every abstract (see example below).

4) If I am interested to share my research projects, who should I contact?
