Developmental Disability Registry Identity Card
Parents and caregivers of persons with disabilities and seniors with dementia may often be concerned about the safety and well-being of their wards. The Developmental Disability Registry (DDR) Identity (ID) card will enable parents and caregivers to feel more at ease whenever their loved ones are unaccompanied outside of home. It would also enable members of the public to extend appropriate assistance to them.
The ID card offers a benefits scheme that provides DDR ID cardholders with discounted rates for services and access to various facilities. The card can be generated through the Developmental Disability Registry administered by NCSS.
